HAIR FOLLICLE TESTING
Service Description
If the person's hair is at least one and a half inches long, we can test the head hair. If the hair is shorter than 1.5 inches, choose the body hair option. Body hair does not have to be long. We can obtain hair from the underarm, chest, leg, back, or arms.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, regardless of condition or outcome of results will not be refunded. All results turnaround times are estimated, not guaranteed. Testing may be delayed due to shipping, redraw, additional testing or other unforeseen factor. No discounts or refunds shall be given for scheduling fees, test fees or delayed results. In the event of a disputed or returned payment, client is liable for the full test fee, returned. Payment fees, reasonable attorneys fees and court costs associated with payment collection will not be refunded. All test parties are liable for full payment, regardless of original payment method or source. The contact information that the client has provided may be used for results or payment-related matters.
